By using the reviveradiance.com website, a service of COBALT TERRA INC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

Shipping and Return Policy

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order any time after placing it, send an email with the reason for canceling to support@reviveradiance.com within 24 hrs to make the request.

Subscription Program

When you select a subscription package, the price of that package will be charged to the card you provide immediately. The same amount will then be charged every X days thereafter, based on the package you've chosen, until you decide to cancel the subscription. For example:

If you choose a 1-pack (1-month supply), you'll be charged every 30 days.

If you choose a 2-pack (2-month supply), you'll be charged every 60 days.

If you choose a 4-pack (4-month supply), you'll be charged every 120 days.

If you choose an 8-pack (8-month supply), you'll be charged every 240 days.

To keep you informed, an electronic notification will be sent to you 5 to 7 days before each scheduled transaction, followed by a receipt after every successful charge. Ensure your card details remain current to prevent any interruptions in your subscription.

The specific price for each package will be clearly displayed on the product page. We encourage customers to refer to the product page for accurate pricing details before making a purchase. Your subscription will ensure timely shipment of the product as per the package duration you've chosen. Please review your selection carefully to ensure you receive the desired quantity and duration of supply.

User Conduct
