Return Policy

Please note that your total refund for the returned item(s) will include all applicable discounts and taxes. In the case of partial returns, you will be refunded based on the final discount applied to the remaining qualifying items, including but not limited to moving to a new tier if the original purchase was made during a tiered promotion. This may affect your final discount and order total. For more information, please email at support@reviveradiance.com. Of course, defective or damaged orders are covered by our warranty and are not subject to return shipping charges as long as the original packaging is retained. In such cases, please see our warranty information below.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order any time after placing it, send an email with the reason for canceling to support@reviveradiance.com
within 24 hrs to make the request.

Exchanges

If the item is not opened or used after receiving it, and you decide the product isn’t quite right. You can request an exchange. All exchanges must be made with the original Revive Radiance packaging, and original products must be received and inspected before a new order is sent out. If the item you are exchanging for costs less than the original item, we’ll refund the difference. If the new item costs more, we’ll help coordinate so you can make a one-time additional payment. All exchanges are final and not eligible for return.

Initiating Returns

If you want to return or exchange your order, please email Revive Radiance at support@reviveradiance.com to arrange for either return shipping or a return pick-up. Revive Radiance reserves the right to choose the method of return. Revive Radiance will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Return Eligibility

Opened & unopened products are eligible for return, provided that products must be in usable condition to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears, or other soiling, including odors). All opened/unopened products will be refunded within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of Revive Radiance’s judgment of the state of the Products. Revive Radiance reserves the right to refuse any returns. Revive Radiance may request descriptions and images of the Products to determine the state of the Products before accepting returns. Failure to comply with requests by Revive Radiance may result in Revive Radiance’s refusal of the return. Failure to complete the returns process within 1 week of being provided instructions from Revive Radiance may result in Revive Radiance’s refusal of the return.

Inspection:

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return conditions. If the product is in its original condition and packaging, we will approve the return.

Refund Processing:

Upon approval of the return, our customer care team will then take care of your refund application. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been granted.

Refund Issuance:

After your refund has been granted, it will be issued back to your original payment method immediately. Please note that it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the refund to land in your account.
